If there is still active cockroaches ants and spiders during this period we will come back to spray free of charge

TERM-seal™ warrants that during the term of 50 years from the date of installation the TERM-seal Termite Management Systems when installed in accordance with the installation manuals:

Will not be breached through the product by active termites
Will not damage the slab or be damaged by the slab
Will not decompose or disintegrate as applied in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions
